Materials:
-for one small candle-
heat-proof container
Candle wax ~100g
Candle wick
opt. essential oils, pigment, dried flowers
also: scissors, glue, something to hold the wick steady, pot or pan
Start by heating up the candle wax to 165 degrees Celsius in a pot or pan. For one candle we used about 100g of wax. Then we put some glue on the bottom of the wick and put it in our heat-resistant container.
Step 1

When the wax has melted, take it off the heat and pour it carefully in your container, make sure not to cover the wick completely!
Now, you can add some essential oils and pigment to make your candle smell and look wonderful later on!
Keep the wick stable in the middle, and don't trim it just yet.
Step 2

Let the candle cool down for approximately 30min, then you can put in some dried flowers to make it prettier. If you like it without the flowers, let the candle rest until it isn't warm anymore.
TIP: You can decorate the outside of your container with paint or markers to make it even prettier!
That's it!
Congrats on making a paper pumpkin!!!!
